Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in Meeting/Training Room Setup Request
• Seasonal Decoration, Event Support and Poster Management
• Conduct Quality Day Check and tasks for the proper operations of the facility.
• Collection/Deliveries (Deployment)
• Vendor Management/Escorting service contractors
• Other daily adhoc tasks
• Issue ticket and closure
• Locker reset
• Perform simple troubleshoot issues on breakdowns.
• Know your tools, and how to operate it
• Punctual and use common sense
• Diligent and performs well
• Focus on the job assigned and willing attitude
• Follow instructions given by supervisor

Requirements

Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum one year relevant working experience in building maintenance

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)

Good knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven.

Able to interact with people and a good team player
