Handyman

HANDYMAN

We are building owner & needs a Handyman to do simple repair & maintainence works for our building:

1) Simple door repair such as changing lock, tigthen hinges etc

2) Simple plumbing such as changing taps, repair water leakage, repair hose, clear choke etc

3) Simple painting of walls and floors

4) Simple electrical works such as Changing of light tubes, bulbs, starter of lights etc

5) Assisting to ensure the building is clean and properly maintain

6) Other simple ad-hoc duties as assigned
