Hardware Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware

. Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of PCs/ NB/Servers, Network switch, Router, Firewall, Printer through regular maintenance & housekeeping

. Diagnosing and resolving of hardware and software problems, installing software and new applications as well as providing advice and assistance to users.

. CCTV Installation and support

. Responsible for hardware repair and replacement

. Setup and install Point -of- sales hardware and software

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

. Diploma /bachelor's degree in computer, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

. Minimum 5 years of hands-on embedded systems experience

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. A team player and technically motivated to solve problems
