We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Bartender to lead our bar team and ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, a passion for creating unique and innovative cocktails, and the ability to manage and train a team of bartenders. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional service to our guests. You will also be expected to develop new drink recipes, manage bar promotions, and work closely with the management team to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
Create and develop new cocktail recipes.- Train and mentor bar staff.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage bar promotions and special events.- Provide exceptional customer service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist manager with beverage budget.
Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Have regular meeting with Chef & Manager and conducting training sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
Implement and enforce bar policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,- 00 - $4,000.00 per month
