The Head chef is the culinary maestro of the kitchen.

  3. Team Leadership: Managing and training kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and delegating tasks efficiently.
  4. Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
  5. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling practices.
  6. Budget Management: Managing the kitchen's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
