You'll be at the helm, crafting show-stopping dishes, curating an incredible dining vibe, and raising the bar for creativity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative and trendsetting culinary concepts, dishes, and presentations.
• Prioritize the creation of unforgettable dining experiences that engage all the senses and leave an indelible mark on our guests.
• Inspire and mentor our culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous growth.
• Oversee the design and management of menus, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and visual appeal.
• Uphold the highest standards of culinary quality, food safety, and sanitation practices in compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest ingredients, locally and globally, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Manage culinary budgets, control food costs, and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
• Identify, hire, train, and develop culinary talent to nurture a world-class team.
• Champion sustainable practices in food sourcing, waste reduction, and energy conservation to support our commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Stay at the forefront of culinary trends, techniques, and international cuisines to continually elevate our offerings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of proven culinary leadership experience, with a strong background in menu development and kitchen management.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines, culinary techniques, and gastronomic trends.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for pushing culinary boundaries.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and responsible sourcing practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer preferences and industry trends.
