• Ensure all dishes meet the company's quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Stay familiar with the menu.
• Conduct pre-operation checks.
• Manage the department and lead briefings.
• Handle staff dismissals, terminations, and resignations.
• Ensure the department complies with 5S and HACCP standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
