Job Description
To educate, prepare, restructure, and write standard/non-standard credits for new/renewal cases. To support RM's in the above so as to promote investments and meet client's funding requirements. To improve revenue generation through garnering of interest and fee income. To supervise and manage the Credit Solutions & Structuring (CSS) team and ensure that they comply and satisfy their functional requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Educating RM's on credit products available and ensure compliance with internal & external regulations. To assist in preparing/structuring new/renewal credits & incidental documents and to follow through till approval stage. Ability to analyze financials. To assist in reviewing the credit/collateral products periodically and provide ideas and feedbacks to enhance the credit lending procedures and guidelines. To perform joint client visits together with RM to pitch suitable credit solutions that suits the client's needs. To assume responsibility of all end-to-end related matters are well managed. This includes ensuring all credit reviews are completed in a timely manner, no stale ratings that result in loan loss provisions being increased, etc. Platform improvements for credit-related matters. To supervise and manage the CSS team.

Job Requirements
Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law. 3 to 5 years of experience in assessing Corporate/Individual distress credit. 3 to 5 years of experience in Private Banking Credit Approver. 10 years and above of Private Banking Credit Solutions & Structuring Provider. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals. A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ethics. Self-reliant and ability to manage a team.
