We are seeking a detail-oriented Head, Finance to join our team. This role will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring robust financial planning, modeling, and analysis to support business objectives. This role will also involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with senior leadership to drive financial performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Create and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and inform decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and policies, and implement best practices for payroll management.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and payroll management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and modeling tools.
