Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the Government Engagement and Member Support Department and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement work plans to support different member segments, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with department ISCA's overall strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Government Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partnering government agencies, ensuring ISCA and our members interests are advocated effectively.
- Monitor and analyse relevant policy developments that might have potential impacts and opportunities for the profession.
- Coordinate with relevant government bodies to plan and curate relevant initiatives for the ISCA community.
Member Engagement and Support:
- Oversee the development and delivery of programmes and initiatives that address the needs of different member segments, including young professionals, CFOs, public sector finance, and C-suite.
- Lead efforts to increase member engagement and participation in ISCA initiatives.
Partnership Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with MOU partners and other professional bodies and trade associations to enhance member value and expand our network.
- Identify areas of synergy between ISCA's focus areas and partners and plan for initiatives and events to strengthen partnerships.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on the performance of partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership outcomes and opportunities.
- Conduct post-partnership evaluations to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in partnership management, government relations, member engagement, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, members, and internal teams.
- Leadership abilities to lead and manage team to achieve strategic objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
