Head of Product Growth
Join us as a pivotal member of the Product Management & UX team, where you'll be instrumental in scaling our product, driving value creation and user engagement through Product analytics & insights, Continuous experimentation, and Growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Product insights & Performance team and the Growth & Experimentation team
- Champion a data-driven, hypothesis-based rapid experimentation driven culture
- Translate strategy into actionable product metrics, extracting insights from user behavior and digital interactions across various digital & omnichannel touchpoints
- Establish data as a product by developing and maintaining tag plans across data tools, while promoting their usage and adoption
- Drive key metrics through experimentation across features & customer journeys
- Lead the experimentation practice capability and work with Product/Design/Business teams to design & execute experiments
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy across the customer journey, from understanding the funnels, proactively managing key metrics, and actively searching for new growth opportunities
- Play a key role in our strategic product vision
- Inspire and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Units, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing, to achieve growth objectives

- Deep domain expertise in User Growth strategy (activation, retention, monetization)
- Strong understanding of product & user behavior metrics, with ability to plan & execute a product-based growth strategy across the customer journey, from understanding the funnels, optimizing key metrics, and championing an experiment-driven culture
- Capacity to translate business strategy into actionable product metrics and roadmap strategy and priorities
- In-depth understanding of users behavioral data across sources
- Able to drive and plan for enhancement of in-app user data as a capability, through consistent event instrumentation & taxonomy, to enable data-informed decisions
- Enable business team to drive opportunities through metrics definition, deep-dives, user journeys/funnels analysis, causal drivers
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, top-tier consulting, co-founder or related technical role
- Experience in a similar industry or domain, such as SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes
- 5 years of relevant experient in Product Management/Growth at a B2C technology company, experience from top-tier consulting firm with a strong digital / tech focus
- Managerial experience
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications within the product domain
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's from a top university in a relevant discipline is a plus
