Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the annual work plan for the administrative department in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Office Management: Oversee daily office cleaning and maintenance to ensure a tidy and organized workspace. Coordinate with property management to address any office-related issues.
Procurement: Develop and execute procurement plans for office supplies, equipment, and other administrative materials. Effectively control costs and improve procurement efficiency.
Process Optimization: Continuously optimize administrative workflows and improve efficiency, such as introducing digital tools to streamline administrative procedures.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute company-wide internal events, such as team-building activities and holiday celebrations, to enhance employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor the administrative department's budget. Allocate resources effectively to ensure administrative expenses are within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing the team's overall capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. Preference given to candidates majoring in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of administrative management or related work experience. Experience in administrative management for a local Singaporean company is preferred.
Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and administrative management software.
Possesses strong written and spoken English skills, and is able to communicate effectively in Chinese, particularly when working with Chinese teams.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster teamwork. Demonstrates a high degree of responsibility and dedication.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve administrative issues. Possesses strong adaptability and decision-making skills.
