What We Need

As our Head of APAC - based in our Singapore office - you will lead the execution of LoopMe's growth plan across APAC and play a hands-on and pivotal role in growing our revenue and brand presence across the region.

You will be driving our Sales activity across major media agencies, trading desks and brands, and managing a team spread across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

As our Head of APAC, you will be...

  • Working closely with the GM, International on strategies to drive the growth of the business across APAC
  • Growing the regional revenue from new and existing clients in line with our global objectives
  • Developing and executing winning new business strategies to achieve LoopMe's goals and develop strategic relationships with large agencies and advertisers
  • Building a team of top talent across strategic locations in the region, delivering on productivity and revenue


You will have

  • Long term success at closing complex digital solutions to media agencies, brands and trading desks
  • Driving existing and delivering new agency commercial partnerships and client JBPs to encourage consistent revenue streams
  • Experience at negotiating agency hold co and independent trading deals as well as selling stand-alone data solutions
  • A black book of existing agency and client relationships across the region
  • Demonstrated success in building a go-to-market strategy and regional sales plans for a rapidly growing AdTech company
  • An expert understanding of the mobile and video ad market; its products players and technologies
  • A lead from the front style of working and proven ability to build and motivate high performance sales teams
  • Successful experience leveraging Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipelines and closing data
