Role Overview
The Head of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing the branding and marketing strategies within Singapore. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. Additionally, the role will include overseeing customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer service leadership, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance Chagee Singapore brand identity and market positioning within the country.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Customer Services Leadership: Oversee customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including managing customer service teams and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and customer service budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and customer service team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on branding, marketing, and customer service activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Country General Manager and SEA Branding & Marketing Director.
