About the Job

They are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head of Business Development and Partnerships to drive the company's global strategy. In this influential role, you will work closely with the CEO and lead initiatives across the blockchain ecosystem, including Layer 1/2 networks, GameFi, CeFi, DeFi, DEX, and more. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the growth of a cutting-edge product that aims to redefine the future of real-world asset tokenization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale global business development and partnership strategies, working closely with executive leadership.
• Build and foster relationships within the blockchain space, including DeFi, CeFi, GameFi, and more.
• Drive collaboration across the ecosystem to maximize the impact of the upcoming product launch focused on tokenized real-world assets (RWA).
• Develop high-value partnerships with major players in the blockchain and fintech industries to enhance the company's market influence.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strategic Vision: Proven background in business development or partnerships, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or tech sectors.
• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, including DeFi, CeFi, Layer 1/2 protocols, GameFi, DEX, and tokenized assets.
• Proven Leadership: Strong track record of driving global strategy and partnerships, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Communication: Exceptional skills in building relationships and conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and self-motivated approach to developing new business opportunities and driving growth in emerging tech.
