Provide leadership and technology solutions specializing in Enterprise Technology for combating financial crime and fraud across the Bank.
Partnering with Compliance function stakeholders to drive a large, exciting Compliance transformation programme for the group.
Sound expertise across regulatory compliance, Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC). Ensuring the Bank's technology solutions support the Compliance function, fostering working relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish information and digital strategy as a business-technology conduit and develop strategies to ensure seamless integration and performance of technology in all aspects of the business.
- Evaluate existing digital capabilities against strategic priorities, ideate approaches to maximizing the value of digital capabilities and technology investments to business.
- Managing portfolio of projects, establishing key milestones, deliverables and metrics in project development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop systems and applications that works within a broader ecosystem of providers.
- Develop talent for Technology and develop plans to acquire skills and necessary resources for the continuous development of organization.
Job Requirements
- Over 16 years of the relevant banking or consulting experience.
- Vast understanding of Compliance and/or Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC) principles and AML/ CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Fraud experience in banking, and financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex and challenging Compliance technology programmes.
- Compliance Technology platform experience across Actimize, Detica and Quantexa.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
- Sound understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
