Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Culinary Manager who can drive innovation through new product development and research. You will be responsible for crafting unique culinary concepts while staying ahead of local and global food trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development (NPD): Create and formulate recipes, ensuring quality and consistency before market launch.
- Supplier Collaboration: Communicate with suppliers to gather information on new materials updates.
- Cost Management: Modify existing recipes and explore alternative ingredients to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Menu Enhancement: Conduct R&D for new dishes and limited-time-offer (LTO) items to boost sales and diversify our menu.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about culinary trends and ingredient availability to inform menu development and innovation.
- Concept Development: Propose and develop innovative culinary concepts inspired by current market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in culinary management or related field
- Strong knowledge of food trends and product development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
