Head of Farming

1. key responsibilities

Reporting into Head of Operations and Product, the role will entail:

. Nursery Operations

○ Managing a team of farm hands to plan, organize, and manage daily nursery activities to ensure a high quality

and reliable supply of seedlings to feed our grobrix farms across Singapore.

○ Conduct trials on new crop varieties and new inputs.

. Field Operations

○ Working alongside our team of urban farmers, install, service and maintain our growing footprint of grobrix wall

farms, distributed throughout Singapore.

○ Customer engagement will be required.

. Product Development

○ In close collaboration with the founding team, assist to test and optimise our newly released operations ,

mobile app software and IOT hardware monitoring systems.

. Partnerships

○ In close collaboration with the founding team, provide support and assistance to partners in other parts of the

world as our movement continues to grow globally.

2. requirements

. You are a people-person and an excellent communicator. You have strong interpersonal skills.

. You are a self-starter that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

. You have the ability to adapt and think on your feet.

. You have a strong attention to detail.

. You are someone with a growth, can do, data driven mindset.

. You have a minimum of 5 years experience in hydroponic farming.

. You have a proven experience managing a team.

. You have good physical stamina and strength.

. You have driving license. You are Singapore citizen or PR
