Manage teams and business of Singapore subsidy and achieve sales budget, reporting to CEO in Japan
Drive meaningful business relationships between Konohana and its key clients in overseas market
Understand the needs of the clients in overseas market and make a proposal based on Konohana's traditional business model (paper bags) as well as potential new product lines
Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-quality products by communicating closely with both factories and clients
Identify opportunities to grow our product lines based on market research in overseas countries
Engage in business development activities in Asia and other countries such as taking part in trade fairs and other promotional events
Manage project budgets and timeframes, and ensure high standard of delivery
Candidate requirements:
High-level experience in business management and marketing
Experience in managing a team of workers in a factory as well as in an office environment
Broad network across retail and manufacturing industry
