The Head of Global Finance and Strategy of a company has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The Head Global of Finance & Strategic job description should also extend to obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance. direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. The growth follows the new TF Strategy to expand in Indonesia Singapore, China, Brazil and Canada.
Job Description:
- Build a program execution plan for each of the global TF within the portfolio.
- Align each of the programs within the portfolio and seek international collaboration.
- Manage the committed budget to ensure the return on investment through the desired impacts for all countries.
- Build the yearly budget and strategy for TF Global and present them to the committee.
- Monitor budgets, expense reports, or other financial data related to each country.
- Ensure compliance within the organization and streamlined processes in all TF operations, Work with partners, invite collaboration and seek for efficiency and effectiveness through partnership, including but not limited to the management of external advisors.
- Provide brief monthly reports, and comprehensive quarterly reviews and assist in the production of the global annual report. Deliver high-quality program execution.
- Contribute to the strategy definition of the TF Global Foundation.
- Design and update programs in alignment with the defined strategy.
- Involve a network of experts in designing programs to ensure relevance and alignment with the audience of the programs.
- Develop programs through cross-learning with other organizations.
- Progressive programs that are relevant to the community needs and continuous innovation according to the development of the surrounding environment.
- Ability to design, implement and direct multiple projects, setting deadlines and ensuring program accountability.
- Ability to think strategically, creating competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans for local efforts and organization-wide.
- Revisit the relevant processes regularly for continuous improvement globally.
- Using the monitor & evaluation data, develop an improvement plan to achieve the desired output of each program globally.
- Develop the communications capacity of TF to document, publicize and advocate for all the programs and increase their impact and effectiveness globally.
Requirement:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or International Development
- At least 20 years of well-rounded working experience in Philanthropy Strategic and/or Finance and Accounting, 15 years of which are in a managerial role
- Demonstrated ability to develop systems and standard operating procedures
