Head of HR Singapore
Our client, a reputable international firm, is currently seeking for a highly experienced HR professional to be take charge of the business operation for their Singapore office.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the regional HRD, this role overseas the entire HR operations in Singapore and collaborate with Regional & Global HR team and work with external vendors, serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, addressing and resolving inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, recruitment and other employee-related matters in Singapore.
- Ensure effective internal communications and reporting to the regional and global HQ execute HR strategies effectively and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records include personal information and payroll inputs.
- Process and review contracts, letters, emails related to employment and HR procedures.
- Continuously improve the employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis, identifying areas for enhancement, and provided recommended solutions.
- Oversee recruitment process, collaborate with stakeholders internally and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information, able to seek instructions and permission where appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years HR operation or related role, ideally with work experience in legal and/or financial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR operation processes, regulations and familiarity with human capital management principles and practices.
- Knowledge in payroll and finance is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to seek instructions and permission whenever needed Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in English, Chinese language is not a must but preferred.
