Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a leading financial services group to appoint a Group Head of HR to partner their Tech & Ops Leadership team group wide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, purpose driven and diverse organisation, partnering closely with the Tech and Ops leadership team spread across 50+ markets to drive their next T&O chapter of investment and people transformation.
Job description
Reporting to the Group People Officer, this individual will partner the Group CTO and Group COO and their respective leadership teams to understand their commercial priorities, define the supporting people strategy group wide and drive HR Transformation across the respective Tech and / or Ops business areas, partnering closely with the Regional and in Country CPO's to execute end-to-end. They will determine the people strategy group wide, ensuring the Regional and Market agendas align. They will drive HR projects - M&A, location strategy (have they got the right people in the right locations), re-structuring projects, digital transformation agenda, upskilling and reskilling etc. You will be comfortable directly leading a small team of business partners as well as influencing and overseeing regional and in country BP's from a dotted line perspective across Technology and Ops.
The successful candidate
This individual will have a track record ideally operating in large global financial services organisations partnering Technology and / or Operations Leadership teams in a Head of HR capacity. The individual must be comfortable operating in a broad strategic but also hands on role as part of a lean Group HR function, leveraging the HR COE's as well and Regional and Country BP teams to drive the T&O HR strategy and execution end-to-end. They will be able to navigate large complex matrix environments and operate in an internal HR Consultant and lead capacity.
