Develop annual and three-year marketing strategy (including assessment of market potential for EVYD product offerings and development of go-to-market models) to achieve marketing KPIs
Leverage insights, market research, voice of customer, voice of field and/or other data to develop global campaigns that strengthen our value position
Manage relationships with key external (e.g. healthcare authorities, policymakers, hospitals, researchers etc.) and internal stakeholders (e.g. functions such as Technology, Business Development, Operations and HR etc.) across geographies, to meet marketing objectives (e.g. organisation of events, collaboration on research initiatives etc.)
Manage marketing budget and ensure spends are delivering positive ROI
Manage creative/PR agency partnerships, where required
Develop and oversee development of marketing materials (e.g. decks, brochures, newsletters)
Develop content strategy that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (e.g. website, webinars etc.)
Strengthen our corporate brand and act as brand steward to ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points
Establish key performance indicators and utilize analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers more efficiently
Build and manage marketing team
Requirements:
10 years of relevant experience
Strong results orientation, with proven track record of success in marketing positions in Healthcare/Enterprise Technology companies
Project management skills and ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and work alongside intercultural, cross-functional team members to achieve business goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
