Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
Develop the corporate brand entity in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) Heads.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Identify new revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of marketing plans.
Collaborate with BU Heads to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring optimal ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and modify strategies as needed.
Actively participate in industry associations and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
Reach out to potential customers and act as a bridge that connect the potential customers and BU Heads.
(B) General :
Planning and execution of marketing activities.
Establishing the company's brand identity and reputation within the construction industry.
Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety :
Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
Diploma and higher education qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or in any construction related field.
Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
People Management.
Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good negotiation skills.
(C) Experience :
Preferably with minimum 5 year of construction industry related experiences.
