Job Description & Requirements:- Oversee and lead the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) division of the inbound travel agency in Singapore
Develop and implement strategies to attract corporate clients for hosting events, conferences, and incentive trips- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring high-quality services and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with various vendors, hotels, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to MICE activities
Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of MICE industry trends and best practices- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
- Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications in event planning or MICE Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the MICE and events industry

Pay: $4,- 00 - $5,000.00 per month
