Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations of all the self-storage facilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve budgetary goals and enhance profitability.
Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management and optimization of resources.
Utilize available platforms and tools for reporting, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
Consolidate and analyse reports from store managers to ensure smooth operations and address any discrepancies.
Manage manpower across different stores, including vacation planning, sick leave, and redeployment.
Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the operation.
Work closely with HQ on key operational drivers, including pricing, marketing, HR, and finance.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the self-storage or related industry such as retail, FMCG, co-sharing space, rent facilities etc.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
