Manage the Operations, Maintenance, Logistics & Procurement and Health, Safety & Environment teams of the power station including review and updating of the management systems and the related procedures.
Develop and manage the monthly and annual operating plans detailing the required plant outages and expected plant performances.
Manage the effective and efficient use of resources.
Manage the performance of teams and individuals through leadership and motivation to achieve business objectives.
Develop teams and individuals to enhance work-based performance
Responsible for the budget preparation for maintenance and monthly tracking.
Responsible for yearly performance appraisal of the team, training & development of the team.
Responsible for implementation of projects related to plant reliability, efficiency and availability improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
At least 20 years of experience in Power Plant Operations
