Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field at least 8-10 years of relevant procurement experience, particularly in the semiconductor and high-precision manufacturing industries.
Proven success in integrating procurement functions, supplier onboarding, new product introduction (NPI) projects and leading regional procurement operations.
Deep understanding of supply chain management practices within APAC.
Demonstrated ability to implement cost reductions and streamline processes.
Extensive experience in building and managing teams.
