Our client is a global leader in the semiconductor industry, and they have recently created a new position in Singapore for a Head of Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small procurement team across the Southeast Asia region.

• Develop and execute a regional procurement strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and improves supply chain efficiency
• Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers
• Drive supplier performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across these critical areas
• Analyze and make informed decisions on whether to buy or make, in order to optimize procurement processes and resource allocation

skills and experience required

• Preferably individuals with over 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Extensive experience in sourcing and supplier onboarding
