As our new Head of Product Management & Compliance, you'll be at the helm of ensuring our products not only meet regulatory requirements but also drive innovation and efficiency across the business. Leading the Product Data and Compliance teams, you'll play a vital role in keeping our product information precise, accessible, and in line with global standards. But it's not just about compliance, you'll be a driving force in shaping a unified approach across product management, helping teams work together seamlessly and share best practices.

In this role, you'll be the go-to leader for aligning product management across the different business solutions, refining processes, establishing KPIs and introducing new tools to make our operations smoother and smarter. Whether it's coordinating cross-functional projects or streamlining offer development, you'll help create a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. This is your chance to make a real impact, ensuring our products remain at the forefront while setting the standard for excellence in product management and compliance!

What you will work on:

Lead and inspire the Product Data and Compliance team to meet high standards.
Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to align on product data and compliance efforts.
Standardize and streamline processes and methods across product managers in the solution teams, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
Ensure consistent methods for offer development across solutions, keeping a transparent overview of offers in progress.
Establish a collaborative environment where product managers share ideas and best practices across.
Establish KPIs to monitor and improve performance within Product Management and compliance.
Promote competence development through training sessions for Product Management and key stakeholders.
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve product workflows.
Lead the development and maintenance of segment-based product portfolios.
Drive global initiatives across Product Management in solution teams.
Support digitalization efforts by ensuring product data quality and accessibility.

What you need to succeed in the role:

Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product management.
Excellent Communication: Proficient in English with outstanding communication skills.
Leadership & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and influence others effectively.
Collaborative Team Player: Open to new ideas and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Change Management: Skilled at driving change and navigating challenges.
