Lead a 30+ members technical team, including Big Data Development and Ad Strategy Algorithm Engineers, to drive programmatic advertising system development.
Oversee the design, architecture, and maintenance of big data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL, and real-time processing to support programmatic ad strategies.
Manage end-to-end platform development and optimization, focusing on scalability, reliability, and integration of advanced ad bidding mechanisms, CTR/CVR models, and core algorithms.
Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to ensure alignment of big data and advertising solutions with business objectives, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-performance results.
Stay updated on the latest technologies in big data, machine learning, and programmatic advertising to maintain a competitive and robust platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data engineering or programmatic advertising, with demonstrated expertise in engineering architecture and platform development.
Proven experience managing a technical team, including Big Data and Ad Strategy teams.
Strong technical background with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.), SQL, Shell, Java (Scala), and Python.
Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and advertising algorithms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills proficiency in English is required
