Our client is a life sciences Real Estate platform that focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific.
They are looking for a Head of Property Management to join their team in Singapore.
The Head of Property Management will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to oversee property management operations, ensuring the portfolio under management meets its financial goals, maintaining property standards, and satisfying tenant expectations. The role is responsible to ensure regulatory compliance and that the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to achieve operational excellence and optimal asset performance.
The Head of Property Management's key responsibilities include strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management for the operations and maintenance of all buildings and develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance property value, including tenant satisfaction initiatives, cost-effective maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects. The role is responsible for driving a people focused and performance culture throughout the portfolio of assets (currently 7 assets) across business park, hi-tech and industrial to deliver out-performance across financial, sustainability and customer measures.
Essential Requirements For This Role
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Property Management or Asset Management is essential for this role, emphasizing a track record of successful property portfolio management.
- Degree in Property Economics, Business or Real Estate. Postgraduate qualifications desirable
- Proven ability to work across multiple functional areas in a dynamic environmentDeep market knowledge and proven transactional capability within the Asia real estate sector as well as an extensive network of market contacts to draw upon
