As the Head of Psychology - Social Care, you will provide visionary leadership in reshaping the care framework for persons with mild cognitive impairment. You will drive the integration of evidence-based practices and develop sustainable, person-centered care models.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of the psycho-social care team, setting benchmarks and developing new care streams in the community.
- Innovative Care and New Business Models: Synergizing and creating scalable, sustainable care solutions for the residentials
- Community Engagement: Engage and empower caregivers and community partners to co-create innovative care solutions, expanding services through collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Quality Assurance: Develop robust systems for continuous improvement in care delivery and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Allied Health, Gerontology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in healthcare or eldercare
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and evidence-based practice.
- A strong belief in person-centered care with a visionary and transformational leadership style.
