Job Scope:
- Manage all aspects of cost and financial management for construction projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and industry standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project costs
- Provide advice on procurement strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet timelines and budgets
- Oversee junior quantity surveyors and provide mentorship in cost management
- Handle contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in M&E system requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quick learner, willing to explore new skills and technologies.
