Role Overview:

The Head of Technology Risk and Compliance will be responsible for overseeing the identification, management, and mitigation of risks associated with technology systems, data security, and regulatory compliance within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that our technology infrastructure and healthcare products adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. You will also lead the development and execution of risk management strategies, helping to protect sensitive healthcare data, ensure the safety of our systems, and safeguard against cyber threats. You will be responsible for leading the company's risk management strategy for all technology systems, processes, and services. Your work will include overseeing the creation and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of data, particularly sensitive health-related information. You will also take ownership of the company's compliance initiatives, ensuring that all technology and product offerings comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong combination of technical expertise, risk management experience, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. You should have at least 10 years of experience in technology risk management, compliance, or information security, with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.
