Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Asia Pacific sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the PBCA manufacturing equipment and related electronics manufacturing automation sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed on market dynamics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience in PBCA manufacturing equipment or related electronics manufacturing automation fields.
  • Strong knowledge of surface mount technology, semiconductor, and automation equipment ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing regional sales teams and delivering on revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive results in a dynamic market environment.
