Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner the business in terms of planning, systems optimisation and establishing business strategy, make sure business can achieve target.
- Design and plan the sales assessment and incentive mechanism, and related business key counterparts (including business leaders, sales leaders, HR, finance, product team, etc.).
- Review and drive the sales process and results through day-to-day sales management to achieve business goals and strategy implementation.
- Lead team to play a critical role in designing and streamlining the E2E process, including Marketing to Lead and Lead to Cash, improving business efficiency.
- Drive business insights, measure each team's performance, deep dive the data to identify business risk and mitigation plan
- Working on internal and external enablement, including internal team enablement and external partner/customer enablement
- Bachelors degree in Business, or a quantitative field of study
- 5 years of business operation experience and team management
- Experience with B2B business, SaaS or Cloud business is plus
- Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment
