JOB POSITION: Head of Sales, SEA
LOCATION: Singapore (office-based)
FOREO is on the lookout for a forward-thinking and proactive Head of Sales to join our SEA team. This professional will establish long-term strategic goals within the SEA region, identify business opportunities, and build key customer relationships across brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and travel retail segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asia region with a focus on Retail and Travel retail channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Sephora and travel retail accounts, to ensure maximum product visibility and sales
Identify business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
Take the lead in the negotiation of commercial terms and brands placement with accounts (omnichannel)
Gather relevant information on pricing, consumer profiles, trends to formulate effective business strategies
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to track performance and ensure targets are met.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or job key activities and responsibilities
Experience in the beauty industry
Deep understanding of multiple sales channels: brick-and-mortar, online, and travel retail
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Experience working in Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English. Mandarin is a big plus.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
