Job purpose:
You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Service Center team within the Device Connector Business Area, creating a long-term business partnership and achievement through a professional customer service approach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Service Center executives to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyse data to optimize performance and provide actionable insights.
- Provide market-related pricing support, GKA pricing information, and revalidated prices to internal stakeholders, customers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to update lead times and communicate changes to customers.
- Manage forecasting, logistics escalation, and global pricing coordination for projects and assigned EMS customers.
- Offer basic technical support and assist with compliance and approval issues.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other departments within the company.
- Engage regularly with customers to build positive relationships.
- Support Regional Sales Manager with report submission, sales-related matters, and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years in leadership, preferable in EMS or relevant industry.
- Experience with pricing strategy, market analysis, and global pricing coordination.
- Basic technical knowledge of device connectors and related products is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance optimization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words.
