What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Innovate: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy tailored to diverse markets across Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, and the Pacific regions.
  • Content that Resonates: Leverage insights to craft high-quality content that engages and converts, driving organic growth across varied market segments.
  • Influence & Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to expand brand reach and elevate credibility.
  • Cross-Channel Excellence: Integrate social media and content across offline channels and mainstream media for a unified brand presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Adapt and Evolve: Adapt strategies to fit different market maturity levels and cultural nuances, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in social media and content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to drive organic growth through creative content strategies and deep knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize performance, with a results-driven approach to decision making.
  • Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and leading teams with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
