Head of Software Engineering

I am collaborating with a global asset management firm that is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore, contributing to their ambitious growth plans in the APAC region.

This role requires a hands-on approach in design, architecture, and development while managing a small team of junior developers, providing them with technical guidance and leadership. You will be responsible for developing the next generation of systems for both internal and external stakeholders, presenting technology solutions to enhance business efficiency through automation and optimization.

The current tech stack includes, but is not limited to, microservices architecture, AWS cloud, Python, C#, and JavaScript. Experience with CI/CD tooling and data warehousing is a plus.
