Our client, a prominent Singaporean organization, is currently seeking an experienced Head of Talent Management to lead its end-to-end talent management processes. This unique, individual contributor role will play a critical part in redefining the company's talent strategy during an exciting period of transformation.
In this strategic position, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of talent management, including the identification and development of high-potential employees and the creation of robust succession plans for key leadership roles. A key focus of the role will be partnering with senior leaders to ensure that the organization's talent initiatives align with its evolving business needs and long-term goals.
