Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the trading risk and dealing functions, managing risk exposure across our CFD and FX trading platforms.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate exposure and ensure the stability of our trading operations.
- Monitor real-time trading activities and market movements, ensuring compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the trading, compliance, and technology teams to streamline processes and optimize risk controls.
- Manage relationships with liquidity providers, ensuring efficient order execution and minimizing slippage.
- Oversee the development of trading models, risk metrics, and reports to support informed decision-making.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing trading risk at a CFD/FX brokerage, with deep knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
- Proven expertise in managing risk exposure, trading limits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strong understanding of liquidity, pricing, and execution within CFD and FX markets.
