Drive innovation and research
- Develop processes and principles for innovation and research activities for products and services
- Assess the feasibility of innovations and new offerings in the context of business performance metrics
- Present research findings and outcomes of innovation projects at management meetings
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations or support units to facilitate the effective innovation and implementation of research
- Collaborate with Facilities to create own classroom
- Collaborate with Central Operations to propose alternative to reduce wastage (eg: bottled water)
- Promote productivity and innovation culture within the organisation
Manage products and services portfolio
- Evaluate performance of the division's products and services portfolio based on business objectives and performance standards
- Evaluate supply and demand for the division's products and services
- Conduct experience reviews with clients to identify potential improvement areas
- Recommend enhancement opportunities across the division's products and services portfolio based on business objectives
- Manage inter-organisational initiatives, programmes and projects
Drive sales excellence
- Evaluate the division's sales and marketing strategies and policies to ensure alignment with product development priorities
- Recommend initiatives to support sales target achievement in alignment with organisational strategies and objectives
- Support the development of proposals and sales collaterals based on evaluation of business opportunities
Drive financial performance
- Evaluate budget compliance of the organisation's products and services
- Analyse return on investment to assess the viability of the organisation's products and services
- Evaluate potential opportunities with funding providers and partners to ensure alignment with the development of the organisation's products and services portfolio
- Evaluate strategic business partners contributions to achieving organisational strategies and objectives
- Evaluate potential organisations partnerships and assess the costs and benefits
- Evaluate effectiveness of partnerships and identify room for enhancement
- Lead the development of external funding applications

- Analyse stakeholder needs and priorities

Requirements:
- Degree or the equivalent in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing & Communications, Business Management or other related disciplines with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in sectors related to Tourism & Hospitality
- ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE / DDDLP qualification is preferred, but not mandatory
- Candidates with Product Management experience in the training & education sector and/or experience in Learning and Development is an added advantage.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office applications
