Phone Coaching
Job Description:
- Conduct phone coaching based on prior health screening results
- Provide concrete holistic health action plan through SMART goal setting
- Administrative work such as: Data Entry and Administering health surverys
- Payment by per completed health coaching
- Flexible work schedule
- Long-term regular job assignments available
- Training provided
.Health coaching topics may include nutrition, physical activity, stress and sleep, ergonomics and pain management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing, Nutrition and Health Promotion related disciplines
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil and/or also preferably a dialect
- At least 3 years of coaching/counselling or patient education experience with case management skill would be a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Available on weekdays between 8am to 10pm excluding Public Holidays
