Provide briefings to students on the different types of health screenings and guide them through the process (e.g., instructing them to remove socks/shoes for scoliosis checks or height and weight measurements).
Conduct vision, hearing, height, and weight assessments.
Review and verify screening lists for students across various levels.
Compile and update team data for vision, hearing, and height/weight screenings in the EN file.
Oversee inventory management, including monitoring supplies such as stationery and requesting replenishments as needed.
Organize and ensure Health Assessment Summary Reports and/or referral letters are securely sealed and matched with the correct class screening records before returning them to the school coordinators.
Ensure all equipment is packed, and the movement chart is checked and signed off before being transferred to the dispatch team.
