Job Description:

To help edit medical protocols and education lectures.
To upload medical protocols onto AMS medical protocol portals for AMS crew to refer to in times of need.
To upload medical topics onto AMS education portals to for AMS crew as continuous medic/paramedic education.
To formulate multiple choice questions for assessment of crew after each topic.
Manage medical supplies, equipment's & inventory
Handling customer service enquiries and concerns and providing excellent service
Support various projects, such as accreditation, marketing and event management
Coordinates daily ambulance crew and event manpower arrangement

Requirements:

Nursing diploma holders or graduates.
Dedicated, hardworking, good teamwork spirit, and friendly.
Minimum 3 years of experience with hospital or prehospital clinical works after graduation.
Proficient in English.
Computer competency. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Willing to work overtime and during Sundays and Public Holidays.
