Healthcare Assistant

Job Description:

• To help edit medical protocols and education lectures.
• To upload medical protocols onto AMS medical protocol portals for AMS crew to refer to in times of need.
• To upload medical topics onto AMS education portals to for AMS crew as continuous medic/paramedic education.
• To formulate multiple choice questions for assessment of crew after each topic.
• Manage medical supplies, equipment's & inventory
• Handling customer service enquiries and concerns and providing excellent service
• Support various projects, such as accreditation, marketing and event management
• Coordinates daily ambulance crew and event manpower arrangement

Requirements:

• Nursing diploma holders or graduates.
• Dedicated, hardworking, good teamwork spirit, and friendly.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with hospital or prehospital clinical works after graduation.
• Proficient in English.
• Computer competency. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Willing to work overtime and during Sundays and Public Holidays.
