As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. You will be based at our retail outlet at Singapore General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with the fitting of mobility assistive devices such as braces.
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries at the retail outlet, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure stock is replenished and the inventory amount is accurate.
- Perform cashier duties, including handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
