Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned departments, including:
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening applicants
- Conducting interviews
- Proposing salaries
- Following up on offers and start dates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and heads of departments (HODs) to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and evergreen roles to minimize hiring lead times.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutions of higher learning (IHLs) and professional organizations.
- Representive at career fairs and networking events.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess and enhance performance.
- Regularly review and improve recruitment workflows and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min Degree
- Internal HR Recruitment experience (healthcare experience not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and recruitment metrics
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
